Through E-Verify information from the Form I-9 is sent to the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to ensure the employee is authorized to work in the United States and that the information provided matches government records.

Additionally, P17 Solutions complies with the Vendor Applicant Portal (VAP) a FAA web based application to manage the FAA’s contract personnel security program.  All employees supporting an FAA contract MUST complete an investigation background and as a requisite of employment, receive determination of suitability to work on a federal contract.

We are sensitive to and understand the continuous rise in the cost of healthcare benefits. Whomever you decide to cover, P17 Solutions will share the cost by contributing up to $1000 per month towards healthcare premiums. 

At P17 Solutions we are committed to supporting and encouraging our employees’ financial well-being and long-term security. That is why we offer a Cafeteria 401k plan and a post-tax Roth (401k) plan.  Both plans offer an employer Safe Harbor match of up to 100% of the employee combined contribution for the first 5% of annual salary.  Eligible employees can participate on day one of employment.

PB&H, our retirement plan administrator, offers online access to self-management and planning tools. Through Investology, we provide our employees with the resources and tools they need to make an informed decision about their retirement savings, including financial planning workshops and one-on-one consultations with a financial advisor.

  • Company Paid: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
  • Company Paid: Life and AD&D Insurance up a maximum annual salary of $150k
  • Additional voluntary life and AD&D insurance for the employee, their spouse and dependent children.
At P17 Solutions, we recognize that each employee has unique needs and circumstances. Each year we try to address this diversity and offer a range of additional voluntary plans that allow our employees to customize their benefits package to better suit their individual situations and preferences.

In addition to a flexible work schedule, P17 Solutions provides Liberal Leave which allows employees to attend to personal matters outside the workplace. This leave covers traditional vacation time, personal days, and sick leave, offering flexibility in how, when, and for what reasons time off is utilized.

All eligible employees receive up to eleven (11) paid holiday’s throughout the calendar year. Additionally, each eligible employee shall receive miscellaneous leave that includes bereavement, military, and other types of leave in accordance with federal and state guidelines.

P17 Solutions provides both part-time and full-time employees, with one year of service, tuition assistance and reimbursement to cover the costs of professional growth through education, training, certifications, memberships and conferences.
